Tracy McLaughlin was recruited by The Agency’s founders, Mauricio Umansky and Billy Rose, to continue her unparalleled sales operations in the new Marin office, joining multiple other Northern California offices as it further grows its foothold in the region.

When Mauricio Umansky and Billy Rose founded The Agency in 2011, they set out to do things differently.
